Forum Guidelines
These are not rules, but are merely guidelines and suggestions to help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone here. 
1) Be aware of the fact that everyone has different thoughts, opinions, feelings, responses to things, etc., and that everyone is entitled to have and to express their different thoughts, opinions, feelings, etc.
No one is saying you must agree with anyone or anything here, we are merely asking you to respect the fact that everyone is free to express themselves here.
2) Know that no one is forcing you to be here, stay here, or read anything here.
To be here, stay here, and read anything here is all your personal choice.
If you do not like this forum, if you do not want to be here, if you do not like or agree with something you've read, you can always leave, or choose to ignore whatever you dislike or disagree with.
3) Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
To put it simply, if you would not like something said or done to you, do not do it to others.
4) Interacting with others:
Please try to not tell other people or alters what to do based on personal preferences, opinions, feelings, etc.
If someone has asked for advise, input, help, opinions on what to do, etc., that is one thing. But in other situations, please be aware that some people/alters may end up being triggered by feeling like someone is telling them what to do, or they may get offended by feeling like they're being ordered around by someone.
Suggestions, requests, etc., are fine; and of course, opinions and everything else is also fine here, just please be careful, depending on the situation, with how things are worded.
Examples:
"Can I suggest that in the future you do this?"
"It's my opinion that _______."
"Can I request that you not do this please?"
"I feel that ________."
